Whether through acts of service, participation or simply a financial contribution these charities need YOUR help! Sometimes it can seem overwhelming to decide which charity to donate to, so we will be compiling a list every month of fun upcoming charity events to help guide you in the right direction.
Kentucky River Clean Sweep

This is a volunteer effort to clean up the 12mile piece of the Kentucky River that touches Fayette County. Breakfast, lunch and t-shirts will be provided for volunteers. Click here for details.
Poker Run Benefitting Semper Fi Fund

Participants in the 95.7 QMF Poker Run will visit 5-7 sponsor locations where you will collect playing cards to complete your poker hand and submit it at the final destination for your chance to win $1,000! Along the way, you can collect location prizes and end with food and music celebration with Van Whyalon to commemorate the event. Proceeds will benefit Semper Fi Fund. Party for a Purpose

Tuxes & Tails Gala

Each year, the event draws in animal lovers not only with its important mission of helping homeless pets, but with a fun and festive theme. This year’s theme is “Catsino Royale: For Your Paws Only,” and features a silent auction, open bar, hors d’ouevres, casino tables and adoptable pets, followed by dinner and a spirited live auction, music by “From Paris” and an after party.
