Products are recalled every day and it’s important to stay up to date on those recalls in order to keep you and your loved ones safe. Below are a few recent recalls that may affect you.

Four Manufacturers Are Recalling 165,000 Inclined Sleepers Over Suffocation RiskJanuary ’20 Recall Update

Summer Infant, Evenflo, Delta Enterprise, and Graco are recalling their inclined infant sleepers due to suffocation risk. The following products are included:

  • SwaddleMe By Your Bed Sleeper
  • Evenflo Pillo Portable Napper
  • Delta Children Deluxe 3in1 Activity Rocker
  • Delta Feeder and Sleeper
  • Simmons Kids Beautyrest Deluxe 3in1 Activity Rocker
  • Graco Little Lounger Rocking Seat

All four companies are offering full refunds to consumers who purchased the sleepers.

Denton Pharma Recalls Ranitidine Tablets

The ulcer treatment medication may be contaminated with N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), a probable cancer causing chemical. There have been no reports of adverse events. The following products are included in the present recall:

Patients who have the recalled product should immediately stop use, discard product and consult with their healthcare provider.

Yes To Inc., Face Masks RecalledJanuary ’20 Recall Update

All lots of Yes To Inc., Grapefruit Vitamin C Glow-Boosting Unicorn Paper Masks have been recalled. Users have reported skin irritation and redness. Consumers should return any unused product to the retailer for a refund.

January ’20 Recall Update

2019-2020 Mazda3s Recalled

35,390 model year 2019-2020 Mazda3s have been recalled. The Smart Brake System can falsely detect an obstacle, activating the automatic emergency braking system and suddenly stopping the vehicle. Mazda will notify owners and dealers will update software free of charge.

2016-2017 Subaru Outbacks RecalledJanuary ’20 Recall Update

46 model year 2016-2017 Subaru Outbacks have been recalled. A replacement airbag control module may have been installed that is not compatible with the airbag module. This may affect passenger airbag deployment. Subaru will notify owners and dealers will replace the air bag module free of charge.
